MCC Label, a global leader in premium labelling solutions for various industries such as wine, spirits, food and health products, wanted to move part of their traditional offline sales operations to an online platform. The goal was to offer their customers in the wine and artisan food industry in the US the ability to design and order labels directly online. Approach

We started with user and task workshops, and interviews with potential customers in the wine and artisan food sector, followed by an online survey. We then mapped the entire user flow, including selecting shapes and sizes, materials and finishes, and adding artwork. After mapping these flows, we designed sketches and wireframes, followed by graphic design. The end result was a professional, user-friendly platform fully aligned with the MCC brand.
